Part of our portfolio of services is consulting, which includes site readiness audits, code reviews, high-performance consulting and general maintenance. These services are provided in blocks of hours.

When we reach the end of one block of time, additional blocks can be purchased. This gives us the notice we need to allocate resources predictably across our team. Any unused time at the end of the month is donated to our community projects.

Whether it’s a website we’ve built for your company or organization or a website built by another service provider that needs fixes, updating or new features, our ongoing maintenance and support services have got you covered. This service is provided on a month-to-month retainer basis.

As part of a site readiness audit, we’ll review your website’s code and hosting environment and provide a report with recommendations for improvement.

Monitoring & Support

Our monitoring services proactively detect problems at the datacenter before they become obvious. We combine Cacti and Nagios to create a best-of-breed system that includes Cacti’s historical performance graphing and Nagios’ emergency alert system.

Through manual review of your website, we’ll find vulnerabilities in your website and provide a site security audit with our recommendations and code advice.
